Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Axle Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling axles that meet strict quality standards and production deadlines. Your expertise will contribute to delivering reliable, high-quality products to our customers. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly of axles Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment such as CNC lathes and calipers to assemble components precisely Perform welding tasks as required to secure parts and ensure structural integrity Operate forklifts safely for material handling and component movement within the production area Follow manufacturing processes and schematics to assemble axles according to specifications Conduct quality checks on assembled axles using calipers and other measurement tools to verify dimensions and tolerances Maintain a clean, organized work environment adhering to safety standards and protocols Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing environments Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machining operations such as CNC lathes Familiarity with assembly procedures and the use of calipers for precise measurements Experience with forklift operation for material handling within a manufacturing setting Knowledge of schematics related to axle assembly processes Mechanic experience or background is highly desirable for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks Join us in creating high-quality axles by applying your technical skills and passion for manufacturing!
