Job Title:

TEMP Clean Room Assembler Job Description As a TEMP Clean Room Assembler, you will be responsible for positioning, assembling, and sealing device components following specific work and batch record instructions. You will ensure compliance with GMP and ISO guidelines while contributing to the production of quality medical products. Responsibilities Position, assemble, and seal device components according to work and batch record instructions. Complete necessary training to stay updated with job and procedural requirements. Document all work-related activities by completing appropriate Production and Quality forms. Perform and document scheduled cleaning of production areas, ensuring line clearance before each production run. Prepare work for assembly by studying assembly instructions, drawings, and bill of material lists, and gather necessary components, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Verify specification requirements by measuring completed components or comparing them to visual aids. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations. Conserve resources by using equipment and materials as needed to package quality medical products and deliver on time. Track work orders from start to finish. Perform tasks according to GMP and ISO guidelines. Essential Skills Ability to lift up to 20 lbs daily and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work in different areas such as assembly, packing, production, general labor, and cleanroom environments. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Additional Skills & Qualifications Training on all documents, procedures, and topics outlined by Quality Assurance. Capability to document training with Human Resources. Additional training requirements as needed by the supervisor. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is climate controlled, with a quality room maintained at 68 degrees. The facility is expanding, offering a small, comfortable space to work in. Employees are encouraged to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Huntersville, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
