The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery and possible assembly of furniture pieces, ensuring they are set up correctly and function efficiently. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, technical skills, and the ability to work independently. You will interact with customers directly, providing exceptional service while adhering to safety standards and company policies. Duties Deliver and possible assembly according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Assemble and set up furniture, ensuring proper functionality before leaving the job site. Operate a box truck for deliveries and installations, maintaining safe driving practices at all times. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns during installations. Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for after each job. Collaborate with team members to improve installation techniques and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred. But willing to train. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals related to installations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is beneficial. If you don't have a valid drivers license, you can be hired as a helper. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in assembly tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
