We design and build casework, cabinetry, retail displays, and specialty fixtures for clients across the country. The Role We need a Lead Assembly Technician who walks in confident, reads a drawing, picks up the right tool, and builds it right. This is not an entry-level post. We're looking for someone with direct, relevant production experience who is ready to set the standard on our shop floor — and grow with us as we expand. Responsibilities Build cabinets, displays, and fixtures from drawings and supplied components Apply door, drawer, and specialty hardware correctly and consistently Operate powered and hand tools daily (drills, routers, nailers, sanders) Cut and apply HPL laminate; finish edges clean using routers and hand files Palletize and prepare finished product for shipment per order documentation Hold a high standard for quality and pace — and help those around you do the same Requirements 3+ years hands-on experience in cabinetry, millwork, furniture assembly, or comparable production environment Confident and safe with powered hand tools — non-negotiable Ability to read engineered drawings and technical documentation Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs and manage large, oversized items Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
