As a Framing Assembler, you will ensure every piece is accurately assembled, clean, and presentation‑ready, helping maintain our reputation for quality and excellence. Your Impact You will play a critical role in producing high-quality framed products, ensuring accuracy and consistency at every step. Pull and stage required components (frames, glass, backing, prints, hardware) based on work orders and BOM instructions Assemble frames and presentation products with precision and attention to detail Inspect materials to identify defects such as scratches, damage, or imperfections Ensure finished products are clean and presentation‑ready Follow standard assembly procedures and quality standards Handle delicate materials safely (glass and frames) Confirm order accuracy before passing to the next stage Perform additional tasks as required Who Thrives Here This role is ideal for individuals with hands‑on assembly experience who value quality, consistency, and attention to detail. You'll succeed if you bring: High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years in an assembly or warehouse environment (preferred) Ability to follow written instructions and BOMs accurately Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally Frequent hand use for detailed assembly tasks Why Engage2Excel At Engage2Excel, passion meets purpose.
