In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient assembly and erection of metal buildings, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to project specifications. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of large-scale construction projects, from initial framing to final touches. Duties Erect metal building frameworks using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment in accordance with blueprints and schematics Install metal studs, framing, siding, roofing, and trim carpentry components to ensure precise assembly Read and interpret detailed schematics and technical drawings to guide construction activities Perform rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing, and masonry tasks as needed for foundation work Operate heavy machinery safely for lifting and positioning large structural components Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to maintain safety standards and project specifications Assist with restoration, remodeling, or siding projects as part of broader construction efforts Skills Proven experience in metal building erection and framing techniques Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing, rebar installation, masonry, roofing, siding, plastering, stucco, and woodworking Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites Competence in construction management practices and site safety protocols Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments Join us if you're passionate about construction excellence!
