Schedule:

M-F 3:30p-12am, 2nd shift Primary Responsibilities Perform the analysis, repair, and assembly of components and finished products to meet production schedules and quality standards Assemble server components, including: Motherboards CPUs Memory modules Storage devices Power supplies Operate both automated and manual tools for installation, fastening, and testing Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols Accurately log production data and report defects or process deviations Perform basic hardware analysis or test replication to identify root causes of defects Execute material movements through integrated tracking systems Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems Minimum Qualifications Education High school diploma or technical certification (required) Experience Less than 1 year of relevant experience Experience in Production and Manufacturing environements in preferred Experience with electronics or server hardware assembly is preferred but not required Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures (preferred) Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interfaces Ability to safely lift and handle server components Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely Why Join Us Entry-level opportunity with hands-on training Structured processes and clear work instructions Clean and safety-focused manufacturing environment Opportunity to build technical skills in server hardware assembly Stable production schedule with growth potential Apply Today If you are detail-oriented, hands-on, and interested in working in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
