Final Assembly Technician - 2nd Shift

Assemblers•All Shifts Winston-Salem / Kernersville, NC Area We are currently hiring several Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in the Winston-Salem/Kernersville area. Openings are available on all three shifts.

Available Shifts:

1st

Shift:

6:00 AM•2:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

2:00 PM•10:00 PM 3rd

Shift:

10:00 PM•6:00

AM Note:

Candidates for 3rd shift must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift.

Position Overview:

Assembly line and production support Following work instructions and safety guidelines Standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED required 2. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related technical field 3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams 4. Proficient in using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement devices 5. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality 6. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team 7. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks involving standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift 8. Comfortable working in a production environment with moderate noise and PPE requirements #LIND26
