The purpose of this role is to set up and operate Stator and Rotor production equipment with specifications according to company/customer requirements within the limitation of accepted practices. Pre-Assembly Technician 2nd Shift Your main responsibilities will be: Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions. Monitor the functions of all equipment and report any problems or substandard conditions to the Line lead or supervisor. Reading and understanding blueprints and Pre-assembling products from those blueprints. Keep inventory of parts and tools used in the assembling process. Assembling various types of Stators and Rotors per work order. Use precision measurement equipment Ability to operate a pallet jack. Adhering to all PPE and ESD protocols. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area (6s) Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Ability to stand on concrete for entirety of shift Ability to lift, bend, stoop and walk the production floor Ability to pick up and move products Heavy lifting (10lbs to 40lbs) Flexibility to work overtime as requested Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to focus on relevant work for entirety of shift Authorized to work for any employer in the United States We offer: Tuition Reimbursement Program- We encourage team members to continue their education to support their current or future work.
