Reports To The Disassembler will report to the Production Manager. Job Overview You'll disassemble vehicles while inspecting the vehicle and additional parts for damage and then reasemble the vehicle after repairs are made. You'll be responsible to effectively communicate and cooperate with others, as well as keeping your work environment organized. What we are searching for… Ability to pass drug/background check Valid driver's license and clean driving record Mature, responsible, and dependable Self-motivated Good organizational skills Very detailed oriented Willingness to learn Willingness to put in extra time when needed Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to meet deadlines Upbeat and has positive attitude Adhere to company policies and procedures Cooperate with team members to perform a smooth work-flow Collaborate with prodcution manager and estimator Share ideas and feedback Report to work as scheduled and follow company dress code Have own tools or ability to provide tools for the job A fun and energetic person who is looking to be part of a team who can laugh but also work hard Pysical requirements: Able to lift 45lbs, as well as stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and bend for appropriate amount of time Not Necessary but beneficial 1-year of auto body experience Experience with tools and equipment Able to drive a manual transmission

Job Duties:

Disassemble vehicles Inspect vehicle and parts for damage (broke, scratched, dented, cracked, peeling, etc.) Assemble vehicles to factory specifications Collaborate with production manager and estimator to assure a safe and proper repair Effectively communicate and cooperate with team members Maintain work environment Research repair procedures Perform additional tasks that are assigned by manager Problem solve Inspect vehicles to meet company standards
