Job Function 1: Assembly Read and understand blueprints and assembly manuals. Mechanically inclined with the ability to use basic hand tools. Job Function 2: Quality & Safety Perform overall quality check on finished part. Maintain cleanliness and organization in assembly area and in the shop. Ensure safety requirements are followed with utmost importance.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Previous experience assembling farm equipment is desired but not required. High level of commitment to accuracy and detail. Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment. Willingness to learn new skills.

Personal Characteristics:

Ability to work in a team environment and take direction with a positive attitude. Effective listener, approachable and considerate. Punctual with great attendance.

Physical Demands:
