On-Site (5 days)

SUMMARY:

The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training and skill level to perform work tasks.

POSITION EXPECTATIONS

Locate, learn, and understand assembly instructions from procedures, drawings and standard work instructions. Verifies and inspects work according to standard work. Perform quality checks and tests. Use power, pneumatic, Smart torque and hand tools, where applicable. Adhere to work and safety rules. Good verbal communication Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

: High school diploma or

GED CERTIFICATION

(if applicable): Leak Check Nail Gun Assembler I Criteria Must score a minimum of 14 on the Employees Performance Review (PMP). Must score 8/8 on item # 7 on the Standard Work Audit for the audit performed at the 6-month mark. Completes 1 Safety Fix per quarter. Completes 4 to 7 Process Improvements per year. (Includes any Safety Improvements greater than 4, Quality Activities/Improvements, and Process Improvements.

JDI, 9SPS, RIE

etc.) Successfully completes ¾ of Harvey Ball with 3 - 15 minutes of Manual Cycle Time. Employee Training Record signed off complete.
