Welder/Fabricator - Production

We're looking for a welder who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that actually cares about what they build. What You'll Do Perform high-quality MIG welding (daily) and TIG welding (as needed) Fabricate products from raw steel to finished goods Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Assist with fabrication, prep work, material movement, and problem-solving Work as part of a fast-moving, team-oriented shop What We're Looking For Strong welding skills with attention to detail (clean welds, no shortcuts) Ability to work independently without constant supervision Problem-solving mindset—you fix issues instead of pointing them out Desire to improve your craft and grow your skills Experience with fabrication and shop tools preferred Work Environment Industrial shop setting (loud, hot in summer, cold in winter) Physically demanding work Fast-paced, team-focused environment Compensation & Benefits 4-day work week (long weekends) Overtime opportunities available 401(k) with company match Paid time off + paid holidays A workplace where quality work is recognized and valued Why Badass Industries?
