Assembly Technician

Job Title:

Production Associate Job Description The Production Associate is responsible for manufacturing coils, assembling finished products, and performing soldering processes as required. Responsibilities Solder components, configure cabling, and configure wires with training provided. Manufacture products in compliance with production control documentation. Ensure the quality of work meets all Quality System requirements for assigned tasks. Assist with the movement of materials through workstations and properly label all bins and trays. Ensure products meet current quality requirements. Document time to appropriate manufacturing orders, following process specifications and production rules. Essential Skills Production experience. Proficiency with hand tools. General production experience. Inspection skills. Mechanical assembly skills. Strong hand dexterity. Comfortable using small hand tools for small part assembly and winding. Ability to cross-train across the floor in assembly, soldering, wiring, and mechanical tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player mentality. Good work tenure. Reliable attendance. Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in an open-concept manufacturing floor with separate workstations for each employee. Products flow from station to station. Shifts are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with Fridays available for overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Concord, NH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
