Final Assembler Our Lebanon, NH manufacturing client is seeking a detail-oriented Final Assembler for their dynamic team. This full-time, first-shift role works a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off! Responsibilities of the Final Assembler Assemble products according to required specifications Become proficient in soldering Follow safety rules, work instructions, blueprints, compliance documents, etc. Use a variety of measuring devices (e.g., rulers, eye loop, digital scale, thickness gages, etc.) Practice problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Keep work area and equipment clean and organized Cross-train to other departments as needed Perform additional production tasks as assigned Qualifications of the Final Assembler Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team in a manufacturing environment We look forward to hearing from you about this Final Assembler opportunity!
