Job Description

Senior electro-mechanical assembly role focused on complex system assembly, inspection, calibration, documentation, and hardware completion. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience manufacturing complex electro-mechanical subassemblies, major assemblies, or systems Experience working from engineering drawings, schematics, performance specifications, quality standards, and customer repair orders Experience reading and following engineering changes, bills of material, work instructions, test procedures, and production schedules Basic computer skills for accessing work instructions, engineering documentation, and configuration systems Proficiency using basic electrical test equipment Proficiency using mechanical measuring instruments Ability to work a 9-hour shift Ability to sit for extended periods, stand for up to an hour, kneel, and bend Preferred Skills Experience assembling complex system-level hardware Experience aligning and calibrating electro-mechanical subassemblies or systems Experience maintaining assembly, quality, and equipment documentation Experience assisting junior assemblers Experience handling and disposing of materials and waste in a manufacturing environment Job Responsibilities Assemble, inspect, and complete complex electro-mechanical systems Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly, alignment, and calibration of subassembly or system-level hardware Work from engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and quality standards Use a computer to read and follow work instructions Identify discrepancies in work instructions, engineering documentation, or assembly processes Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, quality checks, and equipment maintenance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Handle and dispose of materials and waste safely Complete complex modules Assist junior assemblers with assembly activities as needed
