Job Description

Assembler - 2nd Shift A manufacturer of advanced composite and textile-based assemblies for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications, is seeking a skilled Assembler to join its 2nd shift team in Salem, NH. This hands-on role puts you at the center of building high-performance products — laying out, cutting, bonding, and assembling parts that meet exacting standards customers depend on. Schedule of the
Assembler:
Monday through Wednesday, 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM (2nd shift). Pay Rate of the
Assembler:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Responsibilities of the
Assembler:
Perform layout, cutting, bonding, sealing, and assembly of products according to drawings, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and travelers. Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards throughout all production tasks. Ensure all workmanship meets internal and customer requirements. Assist in training coworkers or new team members as assigned. Support production goals and perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications of the
Assembler:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and understand drawings, measurements, and work instructions. Consistent attention to detail. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Commitment to quality and safety standards. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for assembly tasks. Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds. Reliability, teamwork, adaptability, safety awareness, and a drive for continuous learning. Assemblers Apply Today!
