Job Description

EM Assembler responsible for assembling, wiring, and supporting build activities for complex electro-mechanical systems and pneumatic components. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Experience assembling and wiring complex electro-mechanical systems Experience with intricate wiring configurations and simple point-to-point wiring Experience working with pneumatic systems, including installation and troubleshooting of compression fittings Ability to build from bills of materials and assembly drawings Proficiency using hand tools and power tools Ability to follow detailed assembly procedures Ability to maintain quality and reliability standards during assembly Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, twist, crouch, squat, and stand for long periods Full body mobility with good hand and finger dexterity Preferred Skills Experience in electro-mechanical assembly environments Experience troubleshooting pneumatic fitting and wiring issues Experience working from detailed production documentation Experience supporting quality-focused assembly operations Job Responsibilities Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems according to bills of materials and assembly drawings Perform intricate wiring and simple point-to-point wiring Install pneumatic components and compression fittings Troubleshoot pneumatic assembly issues as needed Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks Follow detailed assembly procedures to ensure product quality and reliability Inspect completed work for conformance to build requirements and assembly standards
