Assembler Level 1 - Eatontown, NJ Position Summary We are seeking a skilled microelectronics Assembler to join our dynamic, customer-focused team. You will perform high-precision assembly of microelectronic components using specialized tools and advanced machinery. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to delivering high-quality products that meet our customers' critical needs. You will report directly to our supervisor and you'll work out of our Eatontown, NJ location on an On-site work schedule. Key Responsibilities Assemble microelectronic components using tweezers and precision hand tools. Perform manual component placement under a laboratory microscope. Execute high-quality soldering tasks adhering to strict industry standards. Operate semi-automated bonding equipment for wire and ribbon bonding. Manage daily production tasks efficiently to meet strict project timelines. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and product quality.
