Sign Fabricator

Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fabrication processes and techniques, with a keen eye for detail and quality. As a Fabricator, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality components that meet our specifications and standards. This position requires a commitment to safety and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Read and interpret shop/technical drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate fabrication processes. Fabricate and weld sign cabinets in aluminum or steel. Operate various fabrication tools and machinery, including saws, drills, shears, brakes, welding equipment, and hand tools. Assemble components according to design specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the process. Wire electrical lighting within signs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes. Quickly troubleshoot issues on the spot as they arise. Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Experience Previous experience (3+ years) in fabrication or manufacturing. Channel letter fabrication and/or CNC router experience are a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new techniques. Experience with installation and/or carpentry a plus English required, Bilingual a plus
