You will be responsible for performing a variety of fabrication processes, including forming, cutting, piercing, welding, and painting of materials used in final product assembly. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to quality, and adherence to safety and production standards. Responsibilities Perform fabrication, welding, and paint booth operations to support production of fabricated assemblies Operate fabrication machinery, welding equipment, and paint spraying systems safely and efficiently Cut, form, pierce, weld, paint, and assemble metal components according to specifications Use hand tools, air tools, and precision measuring equipment to ensure quality and accuracy Handle, move, load, and unload materials and parts throughout production areas Mix, prepare, and store paint and chemicals while following all safety procedures and hazardous material protocols Qualifications Ability to stand for extended periods (no sit/stand alternation) Ability to lift up to 26 lbs repeatedly Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling Must have excellent natural or corrected vision Work Environment & Safety Exposure to hazardous chemicals and industrial conditions
