Production Assembler- 3rd shift

CONTRACT TO HIRE SCHEDULE

SUN-THURS 10

30 PM-7AM Position Summary Operate and set up assembly equipment (presses, drill presses, welding machines, air tools, riveters, winders). Rotate between work cells as needed. Package finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Support continuous improvement efforts. Follow all quality standards and procedures. Qualifications 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. Experience with hand/power tools and measuring devices. Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety documents (English required). High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to train on A shift before moving to C shift. Physical Requirements Lift up to 20 lbs. regularly, 50 lbs. occasionally. Stand for extended periods and perform bending/physical movement throughout the shift.
