- Knowledge and experience with power tools and hand tools.
- Some experience in assembly work preferred.

What you'll do: As a Production Assembler, you'll be an essential part of our production process, responsible for assembling high-quality products with precision and care.
Your role will include:
- Assembling and inspecting products according to specifications (building and wrapping pallets, assembling parts for product, use of hand tools may be necessary)
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborating with a supportive team to meet production goals
- Contributing to the lean manufacturing culture and continuous improvement efforts
- Embracing opportunities for growth and development This is a fairly active position requiring long periods on your feet.
Some lifting of up to 30 lbs. might be required. Opportunities are great at Inova, with plenty of room to advance and grow in other areas of our facility. This is a full-time position, 10 hour shifts 7-5:30 Monday-Thursday, with possible OT on Fridays. Past experience is helpful but not required, such as carpentry, cabinet maker, millwork, painter, electrician, handyman, etc.
