Warehouse Packaging Associate - Small Parts

MONDAY - THURSDAY

6am-4:30pm (4 day work week) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packaging Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately weighing, packaging, labeling, and preparing small parts for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy standards. Responsibilities Accurately count, weigh, and package small parts and components Verify product quantities and match items to work orders or packing slips Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment according to company standards Inspect products for defects or discrepancies before packaging Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed Operate basic warehouse equipment such as scales, tape dispensers, label printers, and pallet jacks Qualifications Previous warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Basic math and counting skills Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds as needed Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience working with small parts or precision items Familiarity with shipping and packaging procedures Ability to maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy Work Environment Warehouse setting with moderate noise levels Fast-paced environment requiring focus and efficiency Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available
