Christmas Bonus Paid Sick Time and Vacation Core Responsibilities Component Installation:

Mount heavy-duty dump bodies, hoists, tailgates, and custom towing/hitch equipment onto chassis.

Hydraulics & PTO:

Plumb hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and PTO systems to allow for smooth dumping operations.

Electrical Wiring:

Wire lighting packages, backup alarms, tarp motors, and auxiliary control systems in the cab.

Fabrication & Welding:

Cut, drill, weld (MIG/TIG), and bolt steel and aluminum components according to technical blueprints.

System Testing:

Test hydraulic pressures, electrical circuits, and moving parts to ensure all upfits meet safety and DOT standards Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required (electrical, mechanical)

Mechanical Expertise:

Proven experience in diesel mechanics, heavy truck maintenance, or automotive fabrication.

Technical Skills:

Ability to interpret complex technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Equipment Proficiency:

Skilled use of shop tools, including press brakes, plasma cutters, drill presses, and diagnostic software.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to frequently lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), bend, and work in awkward or physically demanding positions

8 hour shift M-F 7:30AM to 3:30PM Monday to
