General Assembler

$25 to $27 hourly, depending on experience Seeking Electromechanical Assembler to support daily production builds in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling product components, maintaining quality standards, using materials efficiently, and working collaboratively with the production team to meet department goals.

Responsibilities:

Complete daily production builds by assembling, wiring, fastening, soldering, crimping, sanding, gluing, cutting, or shaping product parts as required Read and follow written and verbal instructions, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and department procedures to meet production schedules Safely use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and assigned equipment while maintaining an organized and tidy workspace Monitor work quality, report job issues or equipment concerns, and support continuous improvement in assembly efficiency and processes

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools required; prior manufacturing assembly experience strongly preferred Ability to read assembly drawings, perform basic math including fraction-to-decimal conversions, and use Microsoft Office 365 and Windows-based systems Strong attention to detail, time management, communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
