Job Description

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is responsible for assembling components, reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

  • Thursday | 3:00 PM
  • 1:30 AM
  • Pay Rate:
  • $20•$22 per hour + 10% shift differential •

  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Assemble materials, units, and subassemblies using appropriate tools and equipment + Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and work orders + Clean parts thoroughly prior to and during assembly + Review work activities and progress with supervisor + Tag components, subassemblies, and completed units as required + Identify and correct defects as directed by supervisor + Inspect products to ensure conformance to specifications + Fabricate or modify parts using shop equipment + Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges •Qualifications & Requirements•+ Blueprint reading skills are required (must be identified during submission) + High School Diploma or GED + Basic reading and comprehension skills with the ability to follow instructions + Basic computer navigation and usage skills + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team •Physical & Job Requirements•+ Ability to stand for extended periods of time + Ability to lift and handle materials as needed + Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision •Why Apply?

  • Pay Details:
  • $20.
