Medical Device Assembly:
Perform a variety of entry-level manufacturing assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery to build electronicponents and modules inpliance with GMP and FDA regulations.
Kit Preparation & Packaging:
Organize, verify, and label kits with necessary materials following work instructions, as well as package and stack finished products onto pallets for shipment.
Quality & Safety Compliance:
Review quality points, document production activities on Device History Records (DHR), and strictly maintain a clean,anized workspace adhering to 6S principles and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards. Candidates for an Assembler must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Education & Basic Skills:
Must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have the ability to read andprehend detailed job instructions, part specifications, and assembly drawings.
Visual Inspection & Quality Focus:
Strong attention to detail with visual inspection skills to accurately detect defects inponents and finished products.
Physical Demands & Teamwork:
Ability to work effectively in a team, stand or walk for prolonged periods (up to 8-12 hours), and lift or carry materials up to 25-55 lbs (utilizing team lifts for items over 40 lbs). What's in this Assembler position for you?

Pay Details:
