Job Description

JobsRUs.com is a service-oriented staffing and recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring Assemblers for day and night shift opportunities.
Schedule:
Monday Friday 810 hour shifts available
Pay Rate:
$18/hour The Assembler is responsible for assembling prefabricated metal parts to build modular storage units, moving and aligning subassemblies and components, installing major components, and inspecting finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Fit and assemble prefabricated metal components according to customer specifications Work efficiently within assigned production times and collaborate with team members to maximize productivity Scan on and off each assigned work order step Use hand and power tools to assemble metal parts and subassemblies Verify product dimensions and specifications using precision measuring instruments Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, and the sequence of operations Measure, examine, and test completed parts for quality assurance Communicate with supervisors, engineers, quality control, and production personnel to resolve issues Follow 5S, Lean Manufacturing, safety, and environmental policies Maintain clean and organized work areas and perform basic preventative equipment maintenance Suggest process improvements through the company suggestion program Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings preferred Experience using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Team-oriented with good communication skills We look forward to working with you Apply Today!
