Essential Functions:

Follows assigned manufacturing procedures to perform product assembly Reports non-conformances in products to Management Ensures the assigned bench is clean and organized May perform other tasks as required by the Company

Good hand dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Mechanical abilities are a strong plus for this position. Attention to details The Company will provide necessary training and certifications as required for the position upon hire.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Minimum weight of products is 5 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core work hours of 7:00 AM. To 3:30 PM and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience:

H.S. Diploma or GED. Prior experience as a mechanical assembler is a strong plus or other job that requires mechanical abilities.
