Hiring:
Assemblers•Barberton, OH Start ASAP! Assemblers•This position is ideal for candidates looking to build experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced team setting while maintaining quality standards and productivity goals.
Pay & Schedule:
$18.00 Per Hour & Up (Based on Experience) 1st shift: Monday•
Friday:
6:00AM•2:30
PM Job Responsibilities:
Perform general labor and production duties as assigned Assist with assembly, packaging, sorting, and material handling Operate basic tools and equipment safely Maintain quality standards and production goals Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Perform other duties as assigned Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be able to pass any required pre-employment screenings Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why Work With Lingo Staffing?
