Job Description

Role Summary Our facility in Carey, OH, is looking for a focused and precise Light Industrial Assembler to support our production line. You will be integral to our manufacturing process, helping us deliver top-tier goods. We are looking for individuals who thrive in active settings and excel at manual assembly work. Core Duties Construct items and parts by strictly adhering to established quality benchmarks and technical requirements. Perform routine inspections to guarantee that every finished unit aligns with our high-quality standards. Keep your workstation tidy and structured to help improve overall workflow and operational safety. Work alongside colleagues to ensure the team hits production targets and stays on schedule. Notify management immediately if you notice any irregularities or problems during the assembly phase. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all established safety procedures.
First Shift:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, with required overtime. Compensation is $16.85 per hour.
Second Shift:
Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with required overtime. Compensation is $17.60 per hour. Required Skills Completion of high school or an equivalent educational background is preferred. Prior background in assembly or manufacturing environments is considered an advantage. Capability to comprehend and apply technical documentation and assembly guides. Maintain a high level of precision to ensure the consistent production of quality output. Effective interpersonal abilities to foster strong collaboration within the team. Physical capacity to handle, lift, and transport necessary materials as the job requires.
