This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with strong mechanical assembly , automation , or industrial machinery experience. What You'll Do Assemble high‑speed production equipment and tooling systems Read mechanical drawings, BOMs, and GD&T to build and validate assemblies Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues Support new machine builds, retrofits, rebuilds, and tooling refurbishment Perform precision measurement, inspection, and documentation Assist Engineering and R D with prototype builds, testing, and sample runs Provide occasional customer support (~5% travel) What You Bring 5+ years in industrial automation , machine building , or precision equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and precision assembly skills Ability to read wiring diagrams and perform basic wiring Experience with tooling systems and automated machinery ERP experience (BOMs, revisions, part tracking) Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools Engineering degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience accepted Work Environment 80% hands-on assembly and equipment builds 20% R D, prototype work, and testing Why Join Us Build advanced manufacturing systems used worldwide Work directly with Engineering, R D, and Innovation teams High-impact, fast-paced, hands-on role with growth potential Apply Today Ready to build and improve advanced manufacturing systems?
