With a commitment to quality and innovation, we provide comprehensive design and manufacturing engineering services to support our customers throughout the product lifecycle. Summary We are seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble various components to create finished products. By reading and interpreting technical drawings, assembling parts according to specifications, using hand tools and machinery, inspecting finished products to ensure quality, and troubleshooting issues that may arise during the assembly process. Work with a team to meet production goals and deadlines. Job skills and requirements Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Read and interpret blueprints, techical drawings, or diagrams. Utilize equipment/tooling to hold tolerances as tight as +/- .001". Possess ability to troubleshoot and resolve common assembly problems in a variety of materials (steel, aluminum, titanium, Inconel, etc.). Competency using inspection equipment such as caliper, micrometer, gage blocks, indicators, surface finish gages and any other available equipment to inspect work accuracy. Keep work area clean and clutter free for safety. On the job training completed and approved by the applicable supervisor. Use of MSDS sheets. Basic safety skills.
