Job Description
Join Our Team as an Assembler We're looking for motivated Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help assemble critical components and sub-assemblies that contribute to the production of high-quality equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We offer competitive pay , with an additional shift differential available for overnight shifts , providing an opportunity to earn more while developing valuable manufacturing and assembly skills. Job Duties Assemble blowers, fans, motors, and other sub-assemblies Install blowers, fans, motors, and assemblies into production units Install insulation into metal panels and complete panel installation Assemble sheet metal components and related parts Use a variety of hand and power tools, including: Screwdrivers Pliers Air guns Ratchets Air drills Pop rivet guns C-clamps Scratch awls Hammers Pneumatic glue guns Follow manufacturing specifications and quality standards Complete Wiring Certification training as required Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned Requirements Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to follow assembly instructions and safety procedures Dependable work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn new skills and complete required training Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds Ability to push units on a conveyor system Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent kneeling, crawling, stooping, and bending Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
