•  About the Role We're looking for a detail‑oriented Assembler to join our production team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling components, following technical instructions, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble parts and components according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to use hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities Assist in the building of wooden crates for product shipments. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively in the assembly process. Ensure precision in measurements using a tape measure. Experience with carpentry is a plus! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
