Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an Assembly Technician
  • Testing to support manufacturing operations for relays used for some of the largest aerospace OEMs in the aerospace and defense industry.
This role will be responsible for the testing of relay products including but not limited to operating times, operating voltage, dielectric, and insulation resistance. They will be testing and adjusting units to meet all in-ship final specifications. Below are a few other main responsibilities:
  • Read, interpret and follow written test instructions and procedures to accurately test products.
  • Must be able to utilize a wide variety of measurement instruments, hand tools, and gauges to check parts to verify compliance to quality specifications.
  • Conduct tests and diagnostic procedures using tools such as analyzers, multimeters and power supplies.
  • Repair faults, reassemble products and complete additional tests.
  • May be required to operate mass spectrometers when needed.
  • May be required to operate ESS equipment when needed.
  • Support, implement and help shape test approach by identifying solutions to recurring issues.
