Entry Level Assembly Test Technician | 3rd Shift

Employees work at individual seated stations using testing equipment, measuring devices, and written specifications to inspect and test components used in highly specialized products. Why Candidates Like This Opportunity Clean, temperature-controlled facility Seated individual workstations Focused overnight work environment Learn valuable electronics testing and manufacturing skills Stable Monday-Friday schedule Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Union opportunity after hire Significant increase in pay upon permanent hire Paid training provided Great opportunity for mechanically inclined or technically minded candidates Assembly Test Technician Duties Test relay and electrical components to verify quality and functionality Perform operational testing, including voltage, resistance, insulation, and timing checks Follow blueprints, diagrams, testing specifications, and written instructions Use multimeters, gauges, analyzers, power supplies, and measuring equipment Troubleshoot failed components and complete re-testing as needed Perform light soldering and assembly duties when required Maintain accurate documentation and testing records Support team quality initiatives and help identify recurring issues Assembly Test Technician Requirements High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing, assembly, testing, electronics, automotive, or quality experience preferred Hobby experience involving electronics, soldering, wiring, gaming/computer builds, tools, or mechanical projects is welcomed Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive precision work Comfortable handling small components and using hand tools or measuring devices Ability to read blueprints or wiring diagrams is a plus Soldering experience is helpful but not required Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements

Schedule:
