Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling mechanical components, operating basic machinery and tools, inspecting finished products for quality, and supporting warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate is willing to learn multiple positions through cross-training and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and manufactured components according to specifications and work instructions Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic manufacturing equipment safely and accurately Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Maintain attention to detail while handling measurements, parts alignment, and product accuracy Assist with material handling, packaging, labeling, and warehouse organization Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, or production instructions as needed Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Cross-train in multiple departments and assist in other production or warehouse roles when needed Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to learn new tasks and adapt to different job functions Good attendance and reliable work ethic Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position Manufacturing and warehouse setting Preferred Skills Experience with assembly tools or machining equipment Forklift experience is a plus Willingness to cross-train and grow within the company What we offer: Medical/Dental/Vision/ Simple IRA for full-time employees.
