Job Description
1st shift Assembly Technician - Napoleon, OH We're hiring dependable Assembly Technicians to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Napoleon, OH. This is a hands-on role assembling axles and components in a team-focused production environment. Job Duties Assemble parts and components on a production line Perform repetitive assembly tasks while following standard work instructions Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Rotate between different assembly stations Follow all safety rules and procedures Report equipment or tool issues to a supervisor Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
