First Shift, Monday-Thursday with Overtime (4:00 am - 4:30 pm) Starting pay: $17.50 per hour

As an Lamp Assembler in North Ridgeville, Ohio, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of parts, pieces, and products using a variety of tools and equipment. This position operates during the first shift with additional opportunities for overtime, focusing on precise workmanship, strict adherence to safety protocols, and the production of high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble refractory metal parts following sequential processes. Operate machinery and utilize tools to meet production specifications effectively. Maintain precision and ensure high quality throughout the manufacturing process. Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of steel-toe footwear. Collaborate closely with team members to achieve production goals efficiently.

Qualifications:

Preferred previous experience in machine operation and fabrication. Ability to follow sequential processes with meticulous attention to detail. Strong work ethic and reliability in meeting job requirements. Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet production demands. Physical capability to lift and handle materials safely.
