As a Harness Assembly Coiler, you'll support daily production by coiling, inspecting, and preparing wiring harnesses to strict quality standards. You'll work closely with your team to deliver results that make a difference. What You'll Do As a Harness Assembly Coiler, you will be responsible for Operate coiling machines to wind wiring harnesses according to specified guidelines and production schedules Inspect coiled harnesses for length, tension, and overall quality to ensure compliance with accuracy standards Follow detailed work instructions to assemble and prepare wiring bundles for subsequent production steps Maintain a clean and organized workstation while prioritizing safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: High school diploma or GED Comfort with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail A safety-focused attitude and ability to work well in a team Why Join Us in Ravenna?
