As an Assembler / Operator, you'll perform setups, adjustments, and assembly operations for metal chain components while ensuring product quality and production efficiency. This role supports manufacturing operations through hands-on work with equipment, tools, and materials in a team-driven environment. Job Responsibilities Set up and adjust machinery used in assembling metal chain components Read and interpret job specifications and blueprints to ensure accurate production Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify quality and conformance Assemble parts according to product specifications Maintain accurate records for production jobs and inventory tracking Work with team members to maximize throughput and meet departmental and company goals Follow OSHA and workplace safety regulations at all times Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and hoists Use sound judgment and perform work safely and responsibly while completing assigned tasks Safely use hand tools as needed for assembly and production work Complete additional tasks, functions, or projects as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education Approximately 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to enter and retrieve information from computer-based systems Comfortable performing physical work in a manufacturing setting, including lifting, standing, bending, and twisting Demonstrates strong job knowledge and practical skills within a production environment Able to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and determine appropriate solutions Capable of anticipating challenges and ability to troubleshoot Works well with others and contributes positively to the team environment Able to prioritize tasks and coordinate work effectively with team members Supports customer needs with a sense of urgency and accountability Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance and performance What's in it for you?
