Assembly Technician Setting/Hours:
100% In-Office | Full-time Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Springdale, Ohio that's expanding its Manufacturing team.
Summary:
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys working with precision components in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on assembling intricate ultrasonic systems that meet strict engineering and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
As an Assembly Technician, you will build, inspect, test, and document mechanical and electrical assemblies with precision and attention to detail.
Daily responsibilities include:
Assembling intricate mechanical components and systems using engineering specifications and blueprints Reading and interpreting electrical schematics to integrate wiring and electrical elements into assemblies Performing functional tests to ensure products meet design, quality, and performance standards Inspecting parts for proper assembly and cosmetic quality; identifying and tagging non-conforming parts for rework Using and maintaining assembly tools and equipment properly and safely Monitoring assembly supplies, maintaining inventory awareness, and communicating needs to your supervisor Completing production and quality documentation accurately and on time Following all safety guidelines to maintain a secure and efficient work environment Supporting additional manufacturing tasks as needed ________________________________________
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics Ability to distinguish all colors Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Experience 1-2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment Skills That Set You Up for Success Clear verbal and written communication with teammates, supervisors, and other departments Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process issues and suggest solutions ______________________________________ Physical & Work Environment Expectations Ability to stand for extended periods on a concrete floor Regular movement including kneeling, squatting, stooping, bending, climbing, or crawling as needed Ability to adjust visual focus and work with small, detailed components Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; heavier items with lifting assistance Traditional manufacturing shop environment with seasonal temperature variation Exposure to loud noise levels and occasional fumes or odors Required use of appropriate safety equipment and protective devices If you're ready to take the next step in your career and want to make an impact, partner with trak group to explore this opportunity. #mfgn
