What You'll Do As an Assembler, you'll play a vital role in ensuring each product meets top manufacturing standards. Your work will involve mechanical skill, precision, and teamwork.

Daily responsibilities include:

Assemble components with accuracy and attention to detail. Operate basic manufacturing and shop equipment. Perform tasks such as grinding, packing, and machine operation. Use and maintain mills and lathes (experience a strong plus). Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. What You'll Need to Get the Job Done High school diploma or GED preferred Assembly or warehouse experience is a bonus Able to follow instructions and stay focused Use tools and equipment safely Put together, pack, and label products Inspect for quality and flag issues quickly Keep work areas safe and organized Lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet Show up on time, ready to hustle Team up with your crew to hit daily goals Solid Pay, Clean Floors, and Safety First.
