This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and work orders, and the motivation to work efficiently in a team-based manufacturing environment. Assemblers play a key role in ensuring product quality and meeting daily production goals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a consistent schedule and long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products using hand and power tools according to work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and shipping tickets
• Identify products by size, type, style, color, or product code
• Verify accuracy of assembled parts and completed orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to start
• Experience using power tools in a manufacturing or assembly setting
• Solid reading, basic math , and reasoning skills
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
