Join a team dedicated to creating communication devices that empower individuals who rely on AAC technology. The Assembler plays a key role in building, testing, and supporting electronic assemblies used in our products. This role works closely with manufacturing teams to ensure devices are assembled accurately, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time to support customer needs. Duties and Responsibilities Assemble and sub assemble electronic devices following drawings, instructions, and work procedures Perform wiring, labeling, mounting, and accessory installation as required Accurately complete assemblies within established cycle times Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Required Skills/Abilities Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work effectively in a team environment Self-starter with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks Strong organizational skills with minimal supervision Adaptability to changing production needs and priorities Professional communication and interpersonal skills across teams
