In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into precise, high-quality components and assemblies used across various industries. Your expertise in fabrication techniques, welding, and blueprint interpretation will drive efficiency and excellence on the production floor. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of parts Operate various hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape and assemble sheet metal and other materials Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and welding techniques to join metals according to ASME codes & standards Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to maintain strict tolerances Use rigging, crane operations, pipe threading, soldering, and plasma cutting skills for complex fabrication tasks Fabricate ductwork, piping systems, and mechanical assemblies following blueprints and schematics Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to construction site practices, forklift operation, and machinery use Skills Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety procedures Proficiency in

MIG, TIG, FCAW

welding techniques; experience with welding preferred Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, press brake machines, plasma cutters, machining tools, and other fabrication equipment Knowledge of ASME codes & standards for welding and fabrication processes Mechanical knowledge including pipe threading, assembly processes, ductwork fabrication, and schematic interpretation Experience operating forklifts and rigging equipment safely on construction or manufacturing sites Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks Familiarity with manufacturing processes involving sheet metal work and mechanical assembly Join us as a Production Fabricator where your craftsmanship will directly impact the quality of our products.
