Job Description

Position:
Aluminum Boat Builder/Fabricator The BlueEarth Marine Group, maker of RH Aluminum and Fish-Rite Boats is now accepting applications for experienced Boat Builder/ Aluminum Fabricators to join our exceptional manufacturing team in Grants Pass, Oregon.
Job type:
Full Time Work Hours:
6:00am - 4:30pm
Monday-Thursday Overtime:
Mandatory overtime may be required on an as-needed basis to meet production goals

General Description:
The position is part of the building and fabrication team, working to produce the highest quality BlueEarth Marine aluminum vessels. This includes, but is not limited to welding, sub-assembly, cutting, fitting parts, and hull construction.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all aspects of vessel production Use of proper safety equipment Maintain a clean and safe working environment Maintain a productive and positive work environment Maintain exceptional attendance Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions Maintain a positive and proactive communication relationship with teammates and supervisors Ability to work both independently and with regular instruction and checkpoints to ensure quality control
Physical Skills:
Solid working knowledge of manufacturing and vessel building process Experienced in aluminum welding techniques / MIG Welding Aluminum / TIG Welding (preferred/not required) Experienced use of all shop tools - including electric, air and hand equipment within the department Strong working knowledge of measurements and mathematical skills
Preferred Certifications:
AWS Welding Certification Forklift Certification The BlueEarth Marine Group is an EEO and Drug Free Employer Must be able to pass a pre-employment screen including background and drug testing
