5am-3:30pm Monday - Thursday Overtime required. KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. The company's state-of-the-art production facility in Madras, Oregon operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude. Submit your completed application at keithwalkingfloor.com/current openings Essential Functions ' Assemble and attach components and hardware in a prescribed manner using power or hand tools, testing devices, gauges, and other equipment to form complete units or sub-assemblies. ' Able to read and comprehend blueprints. ' Able to operate required machinery in the area. ' Perform repetitive operations on required machinery. ' Responsible for checking completed parts to meet KEITH Quality Control standards. ' Meets agreed upon manufacturing goals on time. ' Other duties may be assigned. Minimum Qualifications ' Minimum of 18 years of age. ' Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.) ' May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening. ' Previous experience preferred. ' Able to read tape measure, pressure gauge, precision measurement tools. ' Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently requiring little or no supervision. ' Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. ' Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future. Working Conditions ' Works in a Production Shop. ' Exposed daily to continual noise from machines. ' Exposed to extreme hot/cold weather conditions. Equipment/Machinery Used ' Various machinery.
